Stem Marketing sale delivers initial £46m to Rob and Cherry Wood

Rob and Cherry Wood have collected a spectacular initial payment of £46 million from selling Stem Marketing to the publicly listed healthcare product packaging and distribution group UDG Healthcare.

Stem Marketing is a medical marketing consultancy that specialises in carrying out audits of market perceptions, access opportunities and access plans.  The company was founded by Wood in 2007 at the age of 42 after spending five years in sales and marketing roles at Astra Zeneca.  Since then Stem has established a substantial international footprint and generated one sixth of its turnover from the US last year.
