Publicis Groupe will make a seemingly generous initial cash payment equal to 230% of annual revenues to acquire the US full service digital agency Rosetta Marketing Group under terms of the deal announced today. Rosetta is expected to earn revenues of almost $250 million in 2011 and employs nearly 1,100 people in the US and Canada.
