The hand of veteran financial entrepreneur Bob Morton lies behind this morning’s announcement that Porta Communications is to acquire the struggling Tunbridge Wells advertising agency WFCA for almost £1.5 million by way of a share exchange that values each WFCA share at 0.33p.
Morton’s offshore company Hawk Investment Holdings holds shares in both companies and has been funding WFCA’s need for further capital.
