Lévy’s family company bids for Publicis subsidiary Proximedia

Publicis Groupe announced today that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to sell its Proximedia subsidiary to Ycor, a company set up by former Publicis chairman Maurice Lévy with €30 million available for taking majority stakes in technical start-ups. Lévy remains chairman of the Publicis supervisory board.

Proximedia provides digital communications support to small businesses in Europe.
