Private equity fund manager ISIS EP has bought a further share stake in AIM listed Adventis Group on behalf of various venture capital trusts under its management, bringing its total holding to 20.6%. Last month ISIS announced it had increased its shareholding to almost 17% (see ISIS EP now owns 17% of Adventis).
