Accounts of digital agency Iris Nation Worldwide for 2010 are now almost three months overdue for filing at Companies House, although joint global chief executive Ian Millner has claimed that the group made a healthy profit in that year.
One factor that may have caused delay is the completion of the deal whereby the US based Meredith Corporation invested about £10 million into Iris in October (see Meredith’s £40m Iris valuation confirmed, but BoS lost £2.5m).
