Q. How can I change my email address or other aspects of my personal profile?

  1. On the home page, click on “Your subscription details”.
  2. Hover over the “Howdy, [your username]” on the top right-hand corner, and click on the “Edit My Profile” link.
  3. Amend your personal particulars.
  4. Click on “Update Profile” at bottom of page.

Q. How can I change my password?

  1. On the home page, click on “Your subscription details”.
  2. Hover over the “Howdy, [your username]” on the top right-hand corner, and click on the “Edit My Profile” link.
  3. Scroll down to “About Yourself”.
  4. Insert a new password in the box provided and repeat it carefully in the confirmation box below.
  5. Click on “Update Profile” at bottom of page.

Q. How can I upgrade from being a registered reader to paying for a full subscription, or from having a monthly subscription to having an annual subscription?

  1. On the home page, click on “Your subscription details”.
  2. Under “Your Members – Membership Information” click on “Change your subscription”.
  3. Select type of subscription and click on “Next”.
  4. Follow instructions for completing subscription payment via WorldPay.

Q. I currently pay my subscription monthly. How can I amend that to benefit from the annual subscription rate?

  1. Log on.
  2. Click on “Your subscription details” (at right of screen) and this will open a page headed “Your Members – Membership Information”.
  3. Under “Package Type” click “Change your subscription”.
  4. When the subscription menu appears, select the relevant annual subscription and click “Next”.
  5. Follow the WorldPay instructions on screen to pay the revised subscription amount.

Q. I did not renew my subscription by the due date and access to the publication is now restricted. Can I still renew my subscription now?

Before proceeding to renew your subscription, check that your credit card details are up to date (see below). Then follow one of the following two procedures:

Method 1

  1. Log in using your existing user name and password;
  2. On the home page, click on “Your subscription details”;
  3. On the member’s details page, clicking on “Upgrade / Downgrade your account”;
  4. Select the subscription you require (e.g. annual UK and Europe) and follow the links to WorldPay.

Method 2

  1. Log in as above;
  2. Click on any article that is not marked “FREE”;
  3. In the blue instruction box, click on “subscribe” at the bottom and follow the links to WorldPay.

Q. The credit card details I provided are no longer valid. How do I update them?

Whenever you change or renew your credit card details, it is desirable to update those details at WorldPay immediately so as to avoid any disruption to the service when your subscription becomes due for renewal, by following the instructions below. If you have not updated your credit card details by the time the next subscription payment becomes due, you will receive a notification from WorldPay inviting you to update or replace your credit card details. Either follow the WorldPay instructions and link provided in the email or follow the instructions provided below.

  1. Go to WorldPay’s “Shopper Management System” at http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/admin and click on link to “Log in to Shopper Management System”.
  2. The Agreement Login home page is displayed.
  3. Enter your user-name and password. These will have been displayed on any payment confirmation page and were sent to you in an email by WorldPay when your subscription agreement was set up. Click on the “Login” button.  Note: Your user-name and password are supplied in upper and lower case letters and numbers and are case-sensitive. If you copy and paste the login information into the relevant fields, do not include any blank spaces as these will be treated as extra characters.
  4. Once you are successfully logged in, the Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper Home Page is displayed.
  5. Under the Agreement ID column, select the hypertext displaying the Agreement ID you want to change the payment details for.
  6. The FuturePay Agreement Details screen is displayed.
  7. Select the Change Payment Details button at the top of the screen.
  8. The Change Payment Details page is displayed.
  9. Enter the new card or bank account details. For more information on the fields you must fill out, please refer to “Change Payment Details Page Description”. An asterisk (*) after a detail means you must supply that detail.
  10. Select the Submit button to enter your new payment details into the system.
  11. WorldPay will attempt to take the next payment, when due, from the updated card or bank account. If there are any outstanding payments due, we will attempt to debit payment within 24 hours. Once further payment will be taken each consecutive day for any outstanding payment (for each scheduled payment that has been missed).When you change your card or bank details, the new card number will not be displayed in your Shopper Management System account until the first payment has been debited.
  12. To leave this page, select one of the buttons such as Go to Home Page or Go Back to Agreement.

Q. How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a current subscription you may either (i) notify the publisher by emailing enquiries@fintellect.com and quoting your user name or (ii) go direct to your account at WorldPay and follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to WorldPay’s “Shopper Management System” at http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/admin and click on link to “Log in to Shopper Management System”.
  2. The Agreement Login home page is displayed.
  3. Enter your user-name and password. These will have been displayed on any payment confirmation page and were sent to you in an email by WorldPay when your subscription agreement was set up.   4. Once you are successfully logged in, the Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper Home Page is displayed.
  5. Under the Agreement ID column, select the hypertext displaying the Agreement ID for the agreement you want to cancel.
  6. The Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Agreement Details page is displayed.Note: Double check that the agreement on your screen is definitely the agreement you want to cancel.
  7. Select the Cancel button. (If the agreement has already been cancelled, the cancel button is not displayed on the screen.)
  8. The Cancellation Confirmation page is displayed.
  9. Select the Yes button to cancel the agreement. If you do not wish to cancel the agreement, select either the Go back to agreement or Go back to home page button.
