dotDigital Group, the AIM listed digital marketing and search optimisation business, has accelerated the settlement of purchase terms for the search company Netcallidus that it acquired in May last year.
Under the revised deal a final payment of only £170,000 has been made in lieu of all earn out obligations that were originally geared to financial performance over the period to 30 June 2012. The founders of Netcallidus will withdraw from the board but remain available on a consultancy basis.
