Cosmos Capital is demanding access to the books and records of the Canadian listed marketing group Cossette by close of business on 17 August. On 20 July Cosmos initiated an attempt to gain control of Cossette, lead by its former vice chairman François Duffar (see Major shareholder and former vice chairman makes $80m bid for Cossette).
