comScore replaces auditors: Deloitte succeeds EY

comScore, the US audience measurement company in which WPP has a 19.5% shareholding, has changed its audit firm from Ernst & Young to Deloitte & Touche with immediate effect, following admission that earlier accounts should not be relied upon.

It may be no more than a coincidence that Deloitte is also WPP’s auditor.
