Shareholders in Chime Communications today approved a resolution authorising the sale of the main Bell Pottinger public relations businesses to a new company headed by Lord Bell, Piers Pottinger and other current directors of the public relations businesses for £19.6 million. Those voting in favour represented 63.3% of the shares eligible.
