Lloyds TSB Bank has sold the outstanding debt due to it from struggling Adventis Group to a London based private investment business called RCapital Partners.
The deal appears to have come as a surprise to the directors of Adventis who announced this morning that they were in discussions with RCapital to “clarify its intentions for the company”.
