Adventis failure: a wasted £22m acquisition spree

The late and unlamented AIM listed niche marketing specialist Adventis Group lost most of what it spent on acquiring companies during its lifetime, according to financial statements published today.

The group acquired businesses in property marketing, healthcare marketing, media buying and technology at a total cost of at least £22 million.    Most of that money has been lost.
